Caño Island’s Biological Reserve is incredible! It is described by many websites to be one of the best diving adventure points in the world. With the high visibility-factor, divers will see a variety of the marine life on any given day, such as: manta rays, reef sharks, moray eels, turtles, tuna, dolphins, snappers, groupers, and many of the beautiful reef fishes.
Without any doubt this is world class diving, simply spectacular and we will take you to explore different points around the island.

Tour Description
We depart early in the morning between 7:30 a.m. and 8 a.m. The meeting point and departure is The Marino Ballena  Park in Uvita. From Dominical takes about 25 minutes to get there by car. (The transport by car is not included)
Then you will take a comfortable boat ride to Caño Island. We will enter the Pacific Ocean, passing very close to places with a fascinating view such as: Isla Ballena, Las tres hermanas, Isla Violines, BahÃa Drake y La Reserva Marenco. The boat ride will take about an hour and a half to reach Caño Island.
During the tour you will see birds (the brown piquero, pelicans, gulls and southern frigates) etc … Also, depending on the season we hope to have the opportunity to observe whales including: humpback, the killer, the pilot whales, turtles and of course dolphins.
When we get to the diving spots our professional Dive Master will briefly go over with the first dive itinerary and some instructions to make your dive even more enjoyable. After the first dive is done, we’ll be dropped off on the island for a delicious Picnic Lunch, and then will take you out for the last dive always hoping that the second one will be better than the first one. After this second part of the tour, we’ll head back to Dominical.
Return time: between 4:00p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
