Special Meal package

For $ 28.00 (+tax) you can choose our excellent special meal package, which includes lunch and dinner (appetizer, main course and dessert). Both meals have to be consumed at the same day and must be ordered, up front, at the reception desk.

MEAL PACKAGE PRICES:

Terms and Conditions

• Low season: from May 1 to December 14
• High season: from December 15 – April 30. Except for Christmas and Years end.
• Peak season: during the weeks of Easter (April 01st – April 08th), Christmas and Years end (December 22nd – January 5th), we charge 15% higher rack rates
• Children under 5 free of charge when sharing room with parents (no extra bed)
• For an extra person please add $7.50 + tax (13%) with Típico Costarricense breakfast.
• Seven consecutive nights: 10% discount – Fourteen consecutive nights: 15% discount
• The tax is 13% on all hotel rooms, and are not included in the prices stated above

In case of cancellations of reservations, Hotel Villas Rio Mar handles the following policy:

• 1) Cancellations 22 days or more before arrival date 0% of total amount.
• 2) Cancellations between 22 and 15 days before arrival date 50% of total amount.
• 3) Cancellations between 14 and 8 days before arrival date 75% of total amount.
• 4) Cancellations between 7 and 0 days before arrival date 100% of total amount.
• 5) In case of ‘No Show’ 100% of total amount.

Change in Arrival/Departure Date:

In case of a change in the arrival / departure date of an reservation, Hotel Villas Rio Mar will, in accordance with the guest, see if a date change is possible, depending on the occupancy of the hotel. If there is no space to change the arrival date, the cancellation policy as described above will be applied.
